Purchased 2 tins Aluspray, they got lost in transit, telephoned vetsend and they despatched 2 more the same day, they arrived ok along with the originals, they offered me the originals at a very discounted price, so I purchased them all despite being offered free return post of excess 2 items, not only did I get an incredible discount on the extra 2 items they even reimbursed the full postage of the complete order the same day because of the delays. Now in my books that is an excellent company, the customer service representative (Diana) was a delight to talk to and extremely helpful to boot,
