We payed for a birthday gift and they Said it is ok. Our relative in Ierland didn’t receve anything and teleflorist didn’t let us know. They send an e-mail to say that we will be refund but after twee weeks and nothing happend. Never again. You can’t talk to Anybody just e-mail and you are not sure to have an answear
