Ordered in October 2020. My order of €116 got returned to the sender in December after the post office screwed up (it never arrived). Fine well, emailed them in January when I became aware of it, they said that they’ll contact me when it arrives. Okay cool. Waited 3 months and didn’t get any update regarding the package only when I notified THEM that the package has been laying in the sorting centrum in Shibuya do I get a confirmation that the package has arrived... great. They offered a refund or reshipment, I obviously choose refund at that point, AND THEN they email me that ill get the ref
