As an experienced gardener, I purchased your 250 liter slim space saver butt with tap and lid (GN340) with accompanying 3-piece stand (GN176) for €109 via Bol.com in April 2022, supplied by their partner Intuinen (intuinen.nl). I noticed a leak at the bottom of the barrel in July 2023. However, leakage does not happen overnight. I invoke the principle of conformity, because a rain barrel generally lasts 5 to 10 years. At the end of September Intuinen stated that the saver butt was leaking due to my incorrect use and/or not being stable. How is that possible with your accompanying stand supplie
