Wij boekten een auto in Mallorca via deze tussenpersoon. Auto stond niet op het vliegveld zoals wij wel boekte. Ter plaatse diende wij een extra verzekering af te sluiten, terwijl wij verzekerd waren a euro 140,- voor 1 week. Dat komt omdat men wil dat de hoofdbestuurder ook degene is die zijn of haar creditcard voor een bedrag van euro 900,- laat reserveren. Twee maal gebeld naar het daarvoor bestemde nummer en dan wordt het heel vaag. Dan is degene die je aan de lijn krijgt plotseling niet meer van rentalcargroup en wordt je doorgeschakeld naar Spaanse en Franse hulplijnen. Op een mail met
