Nous avons des problèmes avec nos radiateurs qui s’allument quand il le veut, en pleine nuit, en pleine journée sans raison. La télécommande du radiateur ne correspond pas à celle du site internet. Nous avons appelé le service client, envoyé des mails mais rien, jamais aucune réponse !! Cela fait 1 an !! Je déconseille fortement la marque. Oui c’est joli mais pas du tout qualitatif et ils ne répondent jamais en cas de problème.
