Toen ik een fotoalbum bestelde, kreeg ik het op tijd, zag er mooi uit, alleen... was de beloofde korting niet doorberekend. Toen ik vervolgens mailde en belde werd ik snel, vriendelijk en correct geholpen. ik heb slechte ervaringen met een telefonische helpdesk, maar bij pixum werd ik binnen een kwartier terug gebeld, toen zij in gesprek waren. Erg fijn, om dit mee te maken in het "wilde web woud" van helpdesks waar je een nummer bent. Mijn volgende bestelling is weer bij pixum.
