Après avoir commandé un cododo pour l’arrivée du petit dernier, nous avons testé un ensemble couette oreiller avec deux sets de draps pour notre fille de 3 ans. Toutes les commandes nous ont satisfait : qualité, envoi rapide malgré le fait que nous résidions dans un autre pays européen et excellent suivi de la part du service client.

The size of bed sheet was unique as I could not find anywhere else and the fabric is really soft even after washing.

We had some issues with shipment but it was resolved quickly and professionaly.

We purchased wooden Toddler table with bunny rabbit chairs, Retro grey armchair and Teepee tent with soft natural mat and we are delighted with all three items. They are perfect for our little girl's play area & blend in beautifully with minimalist style of our home. We recommend Petite Amelie for their fabulous natural product range.

I accidentally bought the bed and mattress separately, instead of opting for the bundle which was slightly cheaper. I contacted the company and was refunded the difference and items dispatched the same day. Received everything within 24 hours and the products and quality are perfect. Highly recommend

I bought a "circus toddle truck" for my one year old's birthday. The instructions say "not suitable for learning to walk," which is great for a push along toy for a baby... The actual toy is of the worst quality of construction imaginable. It is built in the manner of Ikea flatpack furniture, is weak and fragile, and entirely unsuitable for a young child. In the bin already.

I ordered a kitchen for my daughter’s 1st birthday and sadly was missing just a small part. I emailed petite Amélie and the very next day they dispatched a whole new kitchen to me and arranged for the first one to be collected. I was very anxious about not receiving the part to begin with but they responded every time I emailed so quickly and were so so helpful. The kitchen is absolutely stunning and I’m so glad I ordered! I recently purchased the wooden toy kitchen at full price. Days later the item was reduced in the Black Friday sales. Having not opened my original delivery I asked to return my item and repurchase at the discounted rate. I received a speedy response to say that Petit Amelie would refund the difference to my card, without having to return and reorder. Evi was really helpful, friendly and prompt in her replies and therefore made my first experience of this company a really positive one. Goede, betrouwbare webwinkel. Communicatie met de klantenservice was heel goed. Snelle reactie en ze hebben mij geholpen met het retourneren. Er waren wat problemen met de bezorgdienst. Bedankt Petite Amelie!

Binnen anderhalf jaar gebruik laat de verf van het hoofdbord van het baby ledikantje los. Is normaal zeggen ze als het kindje met het hoofd er tegen slaapt en zweet. Geen service, nieuw hoofdbord(met zelfde verf) alleen tegen betaling. Ik koop hier nooit meer iets!
