I was upfront about the situation that it was not a complete construction shell, and that furniture needed to be moved around a bit and cleaned (not the heavy stuff). This did not really happened when I came to have a look. Asked the guy if he was finished in the one are and he said yes, but he had just vacuumed around the chairs (not big and easy to move). So I called the other owner to address this; then he cleaned it, but if I didnt check he wouldnt have cleaned it. Other heavier things I assisted to move so they could clean, which i was fine with. Then at the end I asked if they had cl
