Horrible company! Do not rent with this company! Charge yearly invoices with horrribly high amount for utilities!

do not ever rent here. they dont care about people, about your problems or anything else. there are no facillities, everything is dirty they do not even clean. they will terminate your contract if you complain too much and try to get you out with intimidation. there are escorts, weed plantages, in DUIVENDRECHT. the people that work here are also corrupt/pimps and also wired to NOT help you with anything and they are racist. if you are not white they dont care at all. its the most horrible experience you can ever have. too bad the housing is bad right now. trust me you do not wanna live here.
