Everything has been super awesome until this last order, said it was in the US, wasn't, so had to wait the 3-4 weeks which wasn't the problem. Had to email multiple times for a response after the 4 weeks were up and now I'm still awaiting to receive my shipment. Keep up the good work, but to be kept in the inner loop is better than not.

I cannot praise the customer service department enough. Whenever I have even the slightest issue, they're right there and eager to help.

When i first initially ordered i was very excited about finally finding a legit company i could order from. The Webpage was very well put together and the whole experience was streamlined from browsing to checkout. (Although i was disappointed that their US warehouse was out of stock, i REALLY thought I'd at least get my order by the time it was said to come.) However unfortunately i am still awaiting my order. The worst part is the tracking number that was given doesn't show anything, infact it just gives me an error. I really hope that this is resolved and done in a timely manner. I really b
