Größter Kasperleverein. Ich wollte mit meinen beiden Gutscheinen eine Hose erwerben, was mein erster Kauf bei Meyer Hosen sein sollte. Dies wurde mir jedoch verweigert. Warum? Ich verstehe es selbst immer noch nicht. Das günstigste Hosenmodell war vermeintlich "nicht auf Lager" - obwohl dies online auf der Webseite so angezeigt wurde, und auch nach Benachrichtigung der forcierten Stornierung an mich Tage später noch online stand und als verfügbar präsentiert wurde. Für mich ist das Betrug, und verwehrter Kauf, eine unverantwortungsvolle Verweigerung von Vertragserfüllung. Halte Abstand!

Do not trust this company. Purchased 2 pairs of chinos on their website - on-screen I was advised to expect an order confirmation email which didnt arrive. I emailed 1 day later asking for the order confirmation - they ignored my email. After 4 days the order has not dispatched and I STILL didnt get a reply or any order confirmation despite the payment leaving my account. AGAIN I contacted them this time via Instagram - that was also ignored. I waited another day and outlined that if I didnt get a reply I would be leaving a negative review - that was ignored AGAIN. I had 3 pairs of Meyer 'New York' trousers after about 2 years of casual occasional use the material totally disintegrated and threw them out. I contacted customer service but they didn't want to know. This is an alleged 'premium' product, relatively expensive. It's like paying for a 5 star hotel and getting a hostel.

Meyer really is tat. Pure junk avoid

I have purchased in total six pairs of trousers from Meyer. Four have been good, two had to be returned. The two that were returned for retuned for the same reason - light careful spot cleaning removed the dye. The last pair were made in Ukraine. As they are around €140 per pair I will not be taking any further risks with this company. It's such a shame because I love the fact that they often use organic cotton and they are made in Europe. When they received the last pair back, they responded with just "We have examined your shorts (sic) and agree with you that something went wrong." They off
