ENGLISH: One word: SCAM! Several weeks after placing my order it still hadn't arrived. I check the tracking number and it said the delivery had failed due to an incorrect address (The address was filled in correctly). I visited my local post office and they tracked down the number as well. Apparently the package was returned to sender. The customer service of MerchNow is non-existent. Emails and messages are ignored constantly, and in the rare case that I did receive a message they were leading me on saying they can only act when the package is back at their warehouse.
