This is regarding my Hoover purchase from BigW marketplace. The worst change of mind return experience ever. I am surely not recommending market place to anyone, actually going to bring it up in every conversation I have with friends family and at work to discourage everyone from choosing marketplace products. I paid initial delivery fee to get the item. When I found out i accidentally ordered wrong product, paid double the amount to ship it back hoping to get atleast the price of product back. And then I find out that another $28 has been deducted for restocking. This is an absolute scam

I sent my purchase back to this company and they emailed me to say I would get a FULL REFUND but the postage was at my expense. So Thursday the 23rd of July I sent it back express post they received the package on Friday the 24th of July and now they won’t give me my refund.
