Heel snel verstuurd en netjes verpakt

Nadat er iets misgegaan was met mijn order heeft de eigenaresse het fijn opgelost. Goede (snel ook!) en vriendelijke communicatie Inmiddels heb ik mijn tweede order geplaatst en kijk er naar uit deze te ontvangen.

Ik kreeg per abuis een verkeerd product opgestuurd. Dit werd vervangen en ter compensatie mocht ik het verkeerd geleverde product houden. Zeer vriendelijk contact!

This was the only place in Europe I could find the specific plate I was looking for that would actually deliver to England, and at a reasonable price. I did have issues when it arrived though. Sadly, the way it was packed and the carelessness of my postman have left me with a slightly warped and hard to use plate, but that's not entirely Nailways fault.

Zoals altijd goeie kwaliteit en service, snelle levering, de mooiste stempelplaten, hebben ook merken die je, zover ik weet, nergens anders kunt kopen in Nederland stempellak en alles op het gebied van nailart, jammer dat het bedrijf gaat stoppen...

At first I was a little bit sceptical, but I have to say everything went perfectly! All the orders were delivered fast, nicely organized and complete. I recommend the seller because I'm going to buy again.
