After they received the bank transfer payment for the order they stopped replying to emails, they never replied to their chat and they do not answer the phone. They have missed the shipping window by 24 hours. Not sure if they are inept or fraudulent yet -------------------------- Update. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY BEFORE READING 1. We have tried calling them for 3 days about our order, not once has the phone been answered. 2. Their chat is "online" but never answered 3.
