Al weken is de communicatie waardeloos, telefonisch niet bereikbaar. Verbinding wordt gewoon verbroken. Per mail komt ook geen response. Ik krijg wel 40 mails in het weekend uit Italië met specificaties van toll kosten, maar met die mails kan ik niks. Inloggen in het portaal kan opeens ook niet meer. Zeer slechte service
