Very disappointing experience and a complete lack of customer care. I placed and paid for Order #1112 on July 6. The website states that delivery takes up to 5 days, but 12 days later I have still not received the package. The seller did not contact me regarding any delay. I had to send emails and Facebook messages repeatedly before receiving a response. When I requested a clear update, the seller replied: “It’s not my problem” and referred me to the refund policy instead of taking responsibility for resolving the shipment issue.
