I’m updating my original review because the issue has now been fully resolved. Although it took longer than expected, the team stayed in contact with me and worked toward a solution. I received my replacement package, and the one item that was unavailable due to being out of stock was refunded. I appreciate that the matter was resolved in the end and that they followed through on their commitment. Thank you to everyone who helped get this sorted. Dik tevreden! Sommige merken die hier te koop zijn vind je niet makkelijk, dus erg fijn dat dit een betrouwbare webshop is met veel merken én een groot aanbod. Mijn bestelling werd snel geleverd en was netjes verpakt. Helemaal dik in orde dus!
