We hebben daar onze hypotheek jaren geleden afgesloten en ook gelijk de verzekeringen. Echter probeer ik nu al 2 weken info te krijgen over hoeveel ik nog moet aflossen. Tot 3x toe is er niemand aanwezig van de hypotheek afdeling. (Vrij op maandag) en we zijn ook een aantal mailtjes verder. Blijkbaar rennen ze harder voor nieuwe hypotheken ipv huidige.. “Website zegt : Wij zijn uw specialist op het gebied van verzekeringen, pensioenen en hypotheken Wij staan voor: Betrokken, servicegericht, persoonlijk, korte lijnen en goed bereikbaar.” Goed bereikbaar?
